Poetry: Don’t Ask

Facebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmailFacebooktwittergoogle_plusredditpinterestlinkedinmail©2008  by Raymond Alexander Kukkee Here's a Rose for YOU

Don’t Ask

You walked away, blue tears in your eyes blinded by the fear in your heart I gave everything I had to give, but more, blinded by the finality, Now you wonder why I cannot fly with broken wings Now I do not laugh but you watch me when I try I cannot do it, you ask why my heart no longer sings;                 Don't ask

Is that Incoming I hear?
